What People Are Saying

Very fun experience at BatBox. Reserve your spot online for busy times
This was my first time here. I was filming 🎬🎥📸for a client of mine for their yearly, company party
The food is decent. So is the atmosphere On a crowded Friday or Saturday night, it will be impossible to find parking Also, the animation of the game is really slow so you don’t get as many bats as you would like Also, I think the technology is not 100% ready to go as they were constantly having to fix something in every cage If they can fix some of the minor errors and maybe make the price slightly cheaper, this would be a 5 Star place

About Batbox

A trip to Batbox in Addison feels like stepping into a modern sports lounge where baseball takes center stage. With spacious bays and a clean, polished atmosphere, you can enjoy hitting at your own pace, whether you’re a seasoned player or a complete novice. The facility offers three levels of pitch speed and options for how many pitches you want, making it flexible for various skill levels. Make sure to reserve your spot online during busy times, especially on weekends when parking can be a challenge.

While most agree that the fun atmosphere and excellent service, like the standout performance by server Monique, enhance the experience, some have noted that the technology can be a bit slow and prone to hiccups. It’s best to manage expectations if you’re aiming for a fast-paced session, as the time between pitches can drag on. The food and drink options are decent, although keep in mind that it might get pricey if you want to indulge in appetizers or pitchers of beer.

Overall, Batbox offers a fresh alternative to the usual night out. Perfect for a company gathering, a casual outing with friends, or even date night, this venue combines entertainment with a relaxed vibe. Just be ready to embrace the learning curve if you’re new to batting, and prepare for a good time surrounded by fellow baseball fans.
